The Merry Wolf range is intentionally small. Three familiar styles, each chosen for clarity, depth and everyday usefulness rather than novelty.

Organic Tea, Properly Chosen

All three Merry Wolf blends are made with organic tea.

Organic Barossa Breakfast combines OP1 and FBOP black tea for smoothness, body and gentle malt.

Good Mornin’ Irish Breakfast uses organic Assam OP1 and BOP for coppery depth, briskness and strength.

Belle Matinée French Earl Grey begins with organic black tea, then adds bergamot oil, rose petals, calendula and cornflowers for a fuller, more fragrant cup.

Good ingredients first. Everything else follows.

Chosen for Balance

Leaf grade matters.

Longer leaves can bring smoothness and clarity. Broken leaf adds colour, body and briskness.

That is why our breakfast teas use more than one leaf grade. Not to make them complicated. To make them better balanced.

Our teas are sourced from their respective origins, then blended and packed in the Barossa.

It keeps the final part of the process close to home and reflects the way The Merry Wolf approaches everything it makes: with care, restraint and attention to the details that matter.

Made by a Tea Master

The Merry Wolf was founded by Jacinta Gibson, a certified Tea Master with a long background in the drinks industry.

Years spent working in categories where provenance, flavour and ritual are taken seriously shaped the way these teas were developed.

The result is a small range with a clear point of view.

No endless wall of flavours. No tea that needs explaining before you can enjoy it.
