A full-bodied organic Assam with malt, coppery depth and proper morning strength.
Rich, malty and brisk, with a smooth finish that takes milk beautifully. Good Mornin’ combines long-leaf Assam for depth with broken leaf for a stronger, more generous cup.
Made for the pause at eleven, the pot at three and anyone who likes their tea to arrive with intention.
90 g | Approximately 22–45 cups
A Proper Irish Breakfast
A proper Irish Breakfast should have strength, but it should not be rough around the edges.
Good Mornin’ is made from certified organic Assam black tea, combining OP1 long leaf with BOP broken leaf. The long leaves bring smoothness and coppery depth. The broken leaf adds briskness, malt and the kind of structure that stands up well to milk.
The result is full-bodied and assured, with a clean finish and a gentle hint of spice.
It is the tea for an eleven o’clock pause that becomes a little longer than planned. Or the pot made at three, when the day could use a second beginning.

What It Tastes Like
Expect a strong, malty cup with coppery depth, gentle spice and a smooth finish.
The long-leaf Assam keeps the tea balanced and rounded. The broken leaf gives it the briskness and colour expected from a traditional Irish Breakfast.
Flavour notes: Malt, copper and gentle spice.
How to Brew
Use 1–2 level teaspoons per 250 ml cup.
Add water heated to 90–95°C and steep for 2–3 minutes.
Use one teaspoon for a smoother cup or two for greater strength. Add milk after brewing, or enjoy it black.
For a 500 ml pot, use 2–4 level teaspoons. Remove the leaves once brewed to keep the finish clean.
Why Two Leaf Grades?
Good Mornin’ combines two grades of Assam black tea.
OP1 long leaf brings smoothness, clarity and coppery depth.
BOP broken leaf infuses more quickly, building colour, malt and strength.
Together, they create a tea with proper body that remains balanced in the cup.
When to Drink It
This is not only a first-thing tea.
Good Mornin’ has enough strength for breakfast, but its smooth finish makes it equally suited to the pause at eleven or a pot at three.
Especially good with toast, fruit cake, shortbread, a savoury lunch or anything involving butter.
