A Familiar Tea, Made for Everyday
Barossa Breakfast takes the English Breakfast tradition and gives it a distinctly Barossa sense of place.
The longer OP1 leaves bring smoothness and gentle sweetness. The finer FBOP leaf adds body, colour and familiar breakfast-tea strength.
The result is full-bodied without being sharp, with enough structure for milk and enough balance to enjoy black.
It is the kind of tea that earns a permanent place in the cupboard.

When to Drink It
Barossa Breakfast is made for early risers, full tables and homes where tea is made often.
It is equally at home with breakfast, the pause at eleven or the pot brought out when friends arrive.
The 250 g pouch is especially useful for households that go through tea quickly and prefer to keep a proper supply on hand.
Made to Refill
Already have a Merry Wolf tin?
The 250 g pouch is the easiest way to keep it filled.
Transfer the tea into your clean, dry tin, reseal the remaining pouch and keep it stored away from light, moisture and strong aromas.
One less thing to replace. One good thing kept in use.
How to Brew
Use 1–2 level teaspoons per 250 ml cup.
Add water heated to 90–95°C and steep for 2–3 minutes.
Use one teaspoon for a smoother cup or two for greater strength.
For a 500 ml pot, use 2–4 level teaspoons. Remove the leaves once brewed to keep the finish clean.
Add milk after brewing, or enjoy it black.
Why Two Leaf Grades?
Barossa Breakfast combines two grades of certified organic black tea.
OP1 long leaf brings smoothness, balance and gentle sweetness.
FBOP broken leaf infuses more quickly, adding colour, malt and body.
Together, they create a traditional breakfast tea with strength, clarity and a softer finish.
Ingredients
Certified Organic Black Tea, OP1 and FBOP.

Packaging and Storage
Packed in a resealable 250 g stand-up pouch to help protect the leaves from air, light and moisture.
Reseal firmly after each use and store in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight and strong aromas.
For tin refills, make sure the tin is clean and completely dry before adding fresh tea.
Blended in the Barossa
The tea is sourced from India, then blended and packed in the Barossa by Tea Master Jacinta Gibson.
The Merry Wolf was created around a simple belief: everyday things should be made well enough to earn their place in the home.
