Good Mornin’ Irish Breakfast

A full-bodied organic Assam with rich malt, coppery depth and a gentle hint of spice.

Good Mornin’ combines OP1 long leaf for smoothness with BOP broken leaf for colour, briskness and strength. It takes milk beautifully and has enough character for those who like their tea with a little more conviction.

Best for: stronger tea drinkers, milky cups and mornings that require proper tea.

How to Brew a Proper Pot

For a 500 ml pot, use 2 level teaspoons of loose-leaf tea.

Place the tea inside the stainless steel infuser and add freshly boiled water.

Give it 3 minutes, then remove the infuser.

Add milk at the table if you take it.

And if everyone wants another cup, there is plenty more in the tin.

Which Tea Should I Choose?

Both teas contain no added flavouring.

Tin and Storage

Both teas are packed in reusable Merry Wolf tins designed to help protect the leaves from light and moisture.

Keep the lids firmly closed between uses and store in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight and strong aromas.

Once empty, the tins are made to be kept and refilled.

The stainless steel infuser can be emptied after brewing, rinsed with warm water and dried thoroughly before storing.

Both teas are sourced from India, then blended and packed in the Barossa by Tea Master Jacinta Gibson.
